Culinary Institute of America Graduate, I am a Private Chef by profession. A Private Chef works for one family. A Personal Chef is a contractor that works for multiple clients. I am a rare commodity and most don’t quite comprehend that there are very rich people out there that don’t cook for themselves. I work in households that have a Butler, Housekeeper, Laundress, and Gardener.
Most of the time, I am alone in the kitchen with my own thoughts. MOST of the time, I am thinking about cooking, cooking science, creative food….food food food…. every day, 3 meal a day, seasonal, special occasion, catered for the Gulfstream…you name it.
