The Recipes on this blog are mostly mine. I would caution everyone that recipes are repeated constantly. Sometimes there are small differences and sometimes they are large. If I use someone else’s, I will definitely give that Chef or website credit.

Oh Chef Sheila, can you share a chili recipe with me. Just the sauce, I can add meat later. I do roast chilis when I can find fresh ones so don’t worry about being to complicated.
